BALTIMORE, MARYLAND- Election Day is rapidly approaching and East Baltimore is ready for change! Shannon Sneed, a Democrat running for City Council for Baltimore’s 13th District and her team a.k.a. #WeNeedSneed, continues to pound the pavement. Every weekend since last April, #WeNeedSneed has been dedicated to knocking on doors in the 13th District to address the concerns of the residents of our beloved community.
