Baker III endorsed Glenn Ivey’s bid for the 4th Congressional District on Friday, backing a longtime family friend over a former lieutenant governor and a half dozen other Democratic candidates. Former Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Glenn Ivey will report raising more than $275,000 in his bid for Maryland’s 4th Congressional District, his campaign announced Monday — becoming the first in the race to reveal fundraising numbers.
