CD4 candidate Ingrid Turner, who initially loaned her campaign $220,000 but has struggled to raise money and campaign as effectively as other candidates, will withdraw from the race and has decided to run for Circuit Court judge in Prince George’s County. CD4 candidate Ingrid Turner filed her FEC report this afternoon. Not pretty. She raised $15K, spent $25K, and repaid herself $100K of the original loan of $220K. COH balance is $135K, with $100K being outstanding loan balance. Logical conclusion is that she thought better of dropping all that money on her campaign.
