EXCLUSIVE: Ingrid Turner Raises $15K, Spends $25K, Repays $100K In Loans

CD4 candidate Ingrid Turner filed her FEC report this afternoon. Not pretty. She raised $15K, spent $25K, and repaid herself $100K of the original loan of $220K. COH balance is $135K, with $100K being outstanding loan balance. Logical conclusion is that she thought better of dropping all that money on her campaign.
