CD8 candidate Delegate Ana Sol Gutierrez filed her report with the FEC yesterday. She reported $86,110 in receipts, of which $50,000 was a loan from herself to the campaign, hence the asterisk in the title. Her net contributions, therefore, were $36,110. Cash on hand is $80,102. Working on a CD8 summary chart, which should be up shortly.
